Bureau of Atmospheric Anecdata
Under a blazing sun, tell me,
What are your memories of winter?
In the heat of summer, Beth Grossman and Christine Baeumler will set-up a portable “Weather Station” in several small German towns. They will invite residents, both young and old, to share their memories and folklore of winter. Using these rich stories, art will be created there and for future viewing. This participatory art project is part of the International Nature Art Forum 2007. This artwork gives us an opportunity to reflect on how our seasons are being re-defined by climate change.
